3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We'll respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item (first exchange only).
5. Processing Time

Returns: Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: Once we receive your return, your new item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

7. Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
