1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • The item must not be a final sale or custom/personalized item


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@driphoops.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable, e.g. damaged or incorrect items)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • If rejected, we will explain the reason via email


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@driphoops.com


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@driphoops.com.

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Personalized or customized products
